So Who Voted on the First Day of Early Voting?
Johnston Campaigns has the roster of all of the voters that voted yesterday in Harris County. So if John Doe told your phone bank that they have already voted and they are not on this list you might want to call them back. The roster will provide you the name of the voter, address, districts that apply to the voter and state voter ID number.

Vote by Mail Ballots are Being Returned & Counted
In Harris County the vote by mail ballots are starting to be returned and counted by the Harris County Clerk’s office. Johnston Campaigns has received the roster as of yesterday 10/14/2019 and we have analyzed the data. This roster is only voters that have returned a mail ballot to the County. If you would like a full roster please contact us. The County Clerk has received 2,575 ballots and 1,290 of them are in the City of Houston election code. This is what we know about the 1,290 voters.

King, Moore, Cisneros & Camarena Lead In Ballot Request
With less than three weeks before Early Voting begins in Harris County Bill King for Mayor leads the pack in Vote by Mail applications in Houston. Just behind him is Steve Moore for Aldine ISD, Karla Cisneros for City Council and Kendra Yarbrough Camarena for HD 148. The rest of the application request have been generated by the Conservative Republicans of Harris County, County Clerk’s Office, Secretary of State and four candidates running in the City of Pasadena. This is a grand total of 13,497 Vote by Mail applications in Harris County.
Other candidates that seem to be participating are Scott Bowen for Clear Creek ISD, Christina Morales HD 145, Robert Gallegos for Houston City Council, Michael Kubosh for Houston City Council and Tarsha Jackson for Houston City Council District B.
It is not too late to get your Vote by Mail Application Mailer out to voters that are 65 or older in your district. The last day to apply for a ballot by mail is Friday, October 25, 2019.
